Old Chapel House is an attractive modern property set within a quiet residential area in the centre of this popular Broads village. The coast and wide sandy beach at Sea Palling is a short distance away as is Wroxham and the Broads.
The village of Hickling is on the edge of Hickling Broad, which is the largest of the Norfolk Broads and is popular for boating and windsurfing. The area is a haven for ornithologists, nature lovers and walkers, with beautiful countryside all around. Cyclists will love the quiet lanes, with a number of places offering cycle hire. Lovely sandy beaches can be found at Waxham and Sea Palling, which are just three miles away, and there is easy access to the whole of Norfolk's rich and diverse coastline. The village has two pubs serving food and further facilities are a short drive away in Stalham.
