A delightful traditional stone terraced cottage which was fully renovated and refurbished by the owners in 2011. The ground floor was converted to an open plan living area, which is a perfect design for self catering. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with a modern kitchen and a spacious new bathroom upstairs. Troutlets is ideally positioned in a quiet location, yet only a three minute walk from the town centre, amenities and parks and a short stroll from Derwentwater with its spectacular views.
